Je sais que tout cela aura bien peu d'importance une fois que LEGO aura dévoilé la minifig de Nick Fury et le set qui la contient, mais les spéculation vont bon train au sujet du boss du S.H.I.E.L.D.

Aujourd'hui, la rumeur tendrait à inclure Nick Fury dans le set 6873 Spiderman’s™ Doc Ock™ Ambush dont on ne sait rien pour l'instant, si ce n'est qu'il sera commercialisé à l'été 2012. Pourtant LEGO avait indiqué que Spider-Man serait basé sur le personnage dit classic et non pas sur une version cinématographique du personnage : …The LEGO SUPER HEROES Marvel collection will spotlight three Marvel franchises – Marvel’s The Avengers movie, and X-Men and Spider-Man classic characters…

Tout part du trailer (visible ici sur YouTube) de la série animée Ultimate Spider-Man produite par Marvel Animation et qui sera diffusée en avril 2012 sur Disney XD.

Et dans ce trailer on trouve cette image de Nick Fury s'adressant à Spider-Man :

On sait que Spider-Man fait partie des New Avengers, une équipe post Avengers Disassembled composée de deux des anciens Avengers Captain America et Iron Man, et de Spider-Man, Spider-Woman, Wolverine, Luke Cage, Sentry et Ronin. Spider-Man restera d'ailleurs membre de cette même équipe après Civil War.

Alors, la présence de Nick Fury dans cette série animée est elle un indice annonçant sa présence dans le set 6873 ? Je vous laisse décider...

Ces photos ne m'enverront pas au tribunal, elles ne comportent aucun filigrane mentionnant qu'elles sont confidentielles ou préliminaires. Difficile cependant de dire si ce ce sont les visuels définitifs des boites de la gamme. Voici donc 4 des sets qui seront commercialisés en 2012 dans cette gamme Lord of the Rings. Comme d'habitude chez LEGO, le design des boites est toujours très soigné et donne envie d'acheter...

C'est la question que l'on se pose tous actuellement, et au fil des révélations concernant les sets de la gamme LEGO Super Heroes Marvel, Nick Fury reste curieusement absent...

Pourtant, LEGO annonçait officiellement la présence de ce personnage clé dans le communiqué de presse officiel de lancement de cette gamme : ...Marvel characters as Iron Man, The Hulk, Captain America, Thor, Hawkeye, Loki and Black Widow to LEGO minifigure form...Wolverine, Magneto, Nick Fury and Deadpool…Spider-Man, and Doctor Octopus… 

Sans oublier que Nick Fury est également un personnage important du film The Avengers...

Je pense qu'il reste un set mystère que LEGO n'a pas encore dévoilé et que le leader des Avengers pourrait bien être dedans... Wait and see...

Alors, pour patienter et parce qu'il me faut bien un prétexte, je vous mets une photo de la minifig custom de Nick Fury réalisée par Christo que je viens de recevoir...

On note encore une fois de nombreuses évolutions depuis la dernière présentation de ces sets lors de la New York Toy Fair. Chez toysrus.com, la date de livraison estimée est annoncée pour le 10 avril 2012.

Dans le set 6867 Loki's Cosmic Cube Escape, Iron Man arbore toujours le casque tant décrié, mais il est ici complètement abouti notamment au niveau des yeux et du menton. C'est un peu mieux. Hawkeye est au volant avec une belle paire de lunettes (visage double face ?)...

Dans le set 6868 Hulk's Helicarrier Breakout, Hulk a enfin un visage.
